like your insanity reached brilliant levels that were so high that all the sudden you were the only sane person on earth and all the people that claimed to be sane were actually insane by your standard!?!?!?!?!?

The difficulty with answering this question is in defining "What is Sane?"
I know of noone in the continental United States who could be considered sane. Even here in Australia you would be hard pressed to locate a sane person.
That said, without a Sane person to provide a comparison, your severly and excessively insane person would be difficult to quantify.

To say a person is logically insane is an oxymoron. A person that is insane has surpassed the barriers of the brain that keep a person's grip on reality. An insane person will not question their sanity because they have lost their grip on reality. They might see or hear things that are truely not there, and without the higher functioning section of the brain to regulate their behavior they will act completely on impulse.

no. it is not possible...there are a lot of brilliant people who were insane, and they became tyrants and ruled others..they ended up murdered for their insanity eventually...no, if you were so evil, so crazy, ...you might percieve yourself to be the only sane one, that is usually the case as a matter of fact, but it wouldn't make it the truth

Of course it is possible...I mean just take a look at a bunch of morons like Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin, Saddam Hussein; all of whom thought themselves to be the only sane person in the world, in fact they were dangerous lunatics !
