I am planning to make a simple formula in Excel that is; C1=A1xB1, C2=A2xB2 , C3=A3xB3.... so on. I dont want to write them one by one.. How can make it apply for all rows one by one? Can you explain also please

Yes, write it once, let's say C1=A1xB1
then move your mouse pointer to the right lower corner. you will notice that the pointer is changed to a black cross.
Right click while you have the black cross and scroll down.

Whether you are working this vertically or horizontally, set up you first set of C1 A1 B1 and then copy the C1 ( assuming that the C1 is the resultant you are solving for ) into the blocks where C2, C3 etc will be. The formula transfers over also assuming it is to calculate the associated 'A' and 'B' variables... Right click on the box, select copy, then highlight all the rest of the 'C' boxes, and right click, select paste...

Create the formula in the first row (in cell C1 type "A1*B1") and press enter. Copy that formula by pressing Control+C. Now in each of the cells below, press Control+V. This will copy the formula across to each of those cells.

In c1 type =a1*b1 and press enter and then give yes , copy c1 and paste it in c2,c3,......... till where u want to apply the formula

write "=a1*b1" on c1, press enter. put your cursor over the lower right edge of the cell c1 and you can drag it down as if your highlighting to any C cell that you want.

hi!!!
making applying formula to whole document or any other rows or columns etc.... is easy just do one thing that apply formula to only one row and then drag to the respective cell upto which the formula has to be generated.....
try this out....!!!!
