Put on a sauna suit (essentially a plastic bag) and go to the gym and hit the treadmill on a steep incline. Run till you lose most of your water weight. Don't get too dehydrated though, or else you will pass out. And that might suck.

"Exercise only burn a few calories" [sic]. LOL. The only other way to burn more calories is through amputation. Get to the gym, get on an elliptical, and work it for 3 hours a day. You'll shed off the fat in no time. Also, how about changing your diet?
