I have heard that such a symbol is proudly worn by the freedom fighter of Chechnya against the Russian Army, and I was wondering what are the requirements for a young Chechnya fighter to be able to wear such a proud symbol, and is the Wolf Symbol considered the same as the Green Beret worn by the US Special Forces, or the Recon Badge for the US Marines? Please provide details if possible, I am very curious.

Thank you for taking the time to answer this question!

You confuse the badges and insignia of a proud American Military Unit under democracy and which represents its people with pride,
to a bunch of Islamic fundamentalist terrorists who are not supported by the majority of the Chechian people.

The badge shows them for the murdering dogs they are.

You're confusing actual armed forces with terrorist scum. Guerrilla groups that rely on terror tactics like killing school kids rarely have decorations and requirements for pretty clothing. So no it isn't the same as the Green Beret, recon badge, etc.. It is more like a football hooligan that paints his face when he is hanging out with his pals and who promptly washes it off when he is alone.
