Sorry, I'm not confident I'm getting your English.
"Upload...to" means "transfer or copy to".
But then you mention "upload....on my PC", so Im wondering if you mean "upload onto my PC" which is the same as "upload to my PC".
Maybe I'm missing the point, but if I read your question literally, you already have a picture on your P.C., and you want to put it on your camera, and then take your camera somewhwere where they will make a print from the image now stored in your camera's memory card.
Phew ......glad that bit's over with, now to do that you just connect your camera to your P.C. via the USB lead, (if you have Windows XP, 2000, or better there should be no compatibility problems), and when you click on "MY COMPUTER" you'll see a new additional drive (disk drive) which you didn't know you had.
Then all you need to do is click on the new disk drive (which is actually your camera's memory card) and find the sub-directory (or do we call them folders now) which has your other camera images in them (normally a ".jpg" file extension is given to your pictures), and copy and paste you picture file on your hard disk to this directory on your camera's memory card (the new disk drive). You can copy and paste files using windows .......can't you?
I'm assuming that the picture on your PC is a ".jpg" file, because I don't know if photo printing places can handle other formats. If it's not, I'd check first with the picture printer that they can handle the different format of the picture, or you could use photo editing software to open the picture and save as a ".jpg".
Am I barking up the wrong tree?

It is usually relatively simple.
If the camera came with software then use that (it is usually the easiest way) - if it didn't you can connect your camera and then
start
control panel
scanners and cameras
add new
this should install your camera as a new device and then you can search the camera as if it were another drive on your PC
IF neither of these work then drop me an email with camera model and your operating system and I will get a fix for you

Why do you want to upload it to your camera 'to get a print done'? There are plenty of sites to which you can upload your pictures for printing. Or are you trying to circumvent copyright in some way?

Connect your camera then go to my computer where it should appear as a detachable drive.Double click that drive and it opens as a folder then right click your photo and copy an paste it into that folder.
