everytime i ask a guy who he likes he says he likes me! but they never ask me out! wat does this mean?

They are afraid to ask you out because you may reject them and most guys don't like to be rejected.If you like the guy ask them out.

It means they're shy. Like me.
I take my time with girls....by that time they stop liking me. It's a problem.
So it only works out for me if a girl asks me out first.....it's weird but i'm kinda shy at first, not sure about how much the other girl likes me...

Either hes messing with you or he's too much of a puss to ask you out. Just ask him seriously and youll find out.
