Is there any way to prevent nausea? Does it mean I have a weak body? I get nausea pretty easily. I feel like vomitting during long car rides or long runs. Anyone know a way to prevent this from happening? It is quite a disadvantage during fitness classes/roadtrips.

This happens to me alot. It means you have a "weak stomach" its very common. You could go to your doctor and discuss your options. Or do what I do. Find a scent you like that is not to strong and smell it when you feel nauseated. or you could chew something small. Not something big.
Hopes this helps, and best of wishes!

That is a general question to many answers.
When I was a young girl My parents fed me those little pills called dramamine. Because I woul get motion sickness. you do not have a weak body. You may want to have your ears checked and make sure there is nothing wrong physically with them. They are the organ that not only helps you to hear but helps your body with balance. Because your bouncing around your body you liquid in the ears is getting quite the workout. You may want to walk instead of running to get exercise. The running seems to be to much bounce for your ears and your digestive system. Also when in the cars , you probably do not want to sit in the back seat or be looking out the side windows. There is a neat article in the book Prescription of Nutritional Healing book by BALCH and BAlch. on motion sickness.

Well, there are certainly over the counter medicines you can purchase to help you, like Dramamine. Or if you want to go the natural route, I know of an old wives tale in which sucking on a piece of ginger will keep the nausea in check. Maybe that's why people recommend Ginger Ale when you are queasy. My grandfather always told me that a piece of hard candy will do the trick. Hopefully one of these suggestions will help. Good luck!

Hi, This answer is probably as old as the hills, but here it is: try eating or chewing something with mint (spearmint gum?).
I used this with my oldest son some years ago and it usually helped him from becoming car sick.
Hope this helps.
