How can people be so arrogant? I have a family member who is an atheist and this hurts me because I know that the only way to go to Heaven is to be a Christian. You have to accept Jesus into your life. This really hurts me because I don't want him to go to Hell, but he will unless he changes his ways.
What should I do? He is so close-minded. It is just so frustrating to be around him.
I know that Jesus has tried to touch his heart, yet he refuses. Has anyone else gone through this experience? It's absolutely horrible.
I pray that he sees the truth. I don't want anything bad to happen to him or anyone else.

i used to not be a christian. but then i met this amazing girl. she helped change my life. she didnt force me into her religion (christianity). she was just my friend. she would invite to her church and hang out with her friends. and i tagged along. i slowly began to realize that she had it all; she had this amazing, fulfilling relationship with god that i was missing out on. it took time but i found the light. all she did was be my friend. she didnt force me into her religion, she didnt preach and judge. she just invited me to hang out. and she helped me to discover god.
you cant force religion upon someone. just show them kindness, love, and acceptance. hopefully they will realize what they are missing out on. i did.

A. How can you be so arrogant to say you are correct and all other people on earth are wrong?
B. How can you be sure the atheist is wrong and you are correct? An highly edited edition of centuries old book is not a good prove.
C. How can you be so close-minded? You think you are right and all others are wrong, now who is the close minded one?

i tried to be a christian once . all my family are non- christians.
i tried to convert them but fail. i pray for jesus to show them the light but he didnt.
i know if i stay a christian and believe everything about the bible without questioning it even if it contradicts with science , it would also meant that my family are going hell.
i too cannot bear this thought .
i read about testimony of ex- christians , and people who become atheist.
they provide facts and arguement that are satisfactory .
when i read christians webby .
its always because the bible say so . and the bible is right because god say so , and we know its god words because the bible says so.
so if i believe the bible , i would have to believe my best friends and my family are going to be burn eternally. if i be a christians and hope they don't get burn and hope the bible is wrong , then i wouldnt be a true christians.
am i living in delusion that bible is fake ?
i tried searching on the internet and found that christianity plagiarise alot on vishu , greek mythology and some religions.
why could 40 books not contradict each other you might say .
contradiction exist and that depends if you wan to accept it or not.
in 1 part of the bible you find that judas kiss jesus to mark him , in another part , it is said that judas did not kiss him . read the bible if you want to.
so lets assume it still didnt contradict .
40 books doesnt all talk about the same topic .onli in genesis did you find god create the earth and us in 6 days .
did all the other book says so ? if they didnt how could they contradict ?
all account given of jesus doesnt really match each other .
gospel are based on hearsay . if i see someone wearing a red shirt and i tell the next guy , 40 years later someone will eventually hear ' someone is wear a red shirt 'then it is not suprising in anyway is it ?
lets assume they already written the scripture when jesus is born , then they could jus make copies of scripture and pass along all the way . this way , i could have read the scripture and write a new scripture without meeting you at all.
thus there isnt any really concrete evidence . if there is any , it would be a history text book.
whenever we show facts and questions the bible , there is always someone booing us . is truth hard to swallow ?

There is no proof that Jesus was, is, or will be the messiah or savior.
Nobody can prove that G-d exists, while I believe in religion, I cannot prove the existence of a higher power. I personally do not believe your family member will go to hell for not following Christianity.
You should be more tolerant of Atheists and those who do not wish to follow your beliefs.

Why don't people accept Jesus as their savior? Because they receive Him, they don't accept Him. Salvation isn't our prerogative, it's His, that's why predestination can be taken at face value.
"How can people be so arrogant"? You're arrogant, if you think you can tell the Lord what to do with your life. Yes, pray anyway, this is His relationship with you, but His decrees WILL be carried out.
"This really hurts me because I don't want him to go to Hell"? Is God hurting you by leaving him in his sins? He is glorified either way.

I refuses to follow a religion that believes non-christians, good people, will burn in hell. I cannot follow a religion that believes that. Thats why people dont believe. Others, they see no point in worshipping something that has no prood of existense. Of course, it differs from atheist to atheist. But basiclly, the idea and concept of Jesus dosen't fit what i believe.
Life is about choice. Not about going to church or comitting your life to a god. Choice.

And you should just let him do what he wants
It's his choice if he wants to be a christian
Everyone has their own ways of thinking about Jesus and God
I don't really know what it's like to have a family member to not be Christian becuz I was raised in a FULL Christian family and not me or anyone in my family are non-belevers
Maybe if you try hard enough to talk to him he will maybe change a bit and start being more christian
You can't force him to become Christian it takes time and only time

Who wants to accept a lie? Maybe jesus was real. MAYBE! you dont know that.but god? human kind couldve easily created him. written the lies that some belived just to make your self have hope and feel better, you just have your faith and thats all what made you even have that faith huh your parents raised you that way?
