I use to love Mike Vick until this dog fighting thing came about, Anyone who could be that repeatedly cruel to anything living that is cruel. And you know certain things can make you automatically loose any type of good feeling you have towards some1. I had a boyfriend 34 at the time his son was 16 he and his son didnt get along. And his son like to come by my house oneday and when i told him he called his son a RAT!! My whole out look of him changed in 1 mili sec we didnt last long after that. So do you agree that 1 thing a person does can have you change how you feel about a person I dont care if it was my daddy if he did what Vick did to those dogs I would def. look at him diff.. Or if he told me his son was a rat

I'm appalled that people still support him. He pled guilty, had an astounding amount of evidence against him, and is going to prison for a while. I hope the NFL kicks him out, he is nowhere near a good role model for our children. Our kids look up to their favorite player/actor/etc. If they see their favorite player abusing animals they might get it into their head that that is ok to do, no matter what their parents say. Nowadays most (not all) parents are pretty apathetic to what their kids do.
I AM tickled to find out a lot of Vic fans are sending their jersey's into the ASPCA offices for them to use for cleaning and bedding purposes!

There are those in this world who have a kind of blind loyalty to people who seem to be extraordinary in whatever field they are a part of. These people will support their hero regardless of what they may say or do.
As for me, anyone who could intentionally murder an animal just for the hell of it is someone I don't want to have any dealings with. Since Vick had such a high profile life he should have realized that his "extra curricular activities" would not improve his circumstances.

Anyone that has any adoration for or supports Mike Vick is undoubtedly sick. He is a cruel, sadistic beast that tortured and killed innocent dogs. I am glad that his cousin and friends took pleas so they could testify against him. He deserves far worse punishment than he will ever get.
