Keep doing your drills over and over and over and over.

You need to retrain your nervous and muscular system. There is no substitute for repetition. Just be sure you go slow and get it right at first. Practice doesn't make perfect, it makes permanent.

get a floor to ceeling ball and look up on the internet how to practice hitting it. its great for hand to eye coordination. but you must practice the right way. then you will just have to stick at your muay thai and keep repeating techniques over and over again. the most important thing is to do it slowly at first to make sure you are doing it right. the reason for this is if you are doing it wrong to begin with it will take three times as long to correct it. you must get it done right the first time. also do a little skipping as this improves balance and coordination. do footwork and all types of exercise that improve you makes your mind and body work at the same time and you should be able to learn quicker

Incorporate coordination drills into most aspects of your daily routine. When you are walking across the living room carrying a water bottle practice spinning it in your open palm. Toss it up and catch it. Brush your teeth and hair with your off hand. Make many of your daily movements and practices a challenge to your balance and hand eye coordination.

Repetition. It takes 2500 times to commit the technique to memorty, and another 2500 times to make it smooth. Those Muai Thai guys you see in the ring practice and train starting when they are little kids. You can't expect to be good immediately.
