No. If you have to fast for your blood test then you can't eat or drink anything except water.

Dont think so, you should not take anything for i think 12 hours before a blood test. Water could be best if you really are starving or needs a drink.

A key phrase that the apostles used at Acts 15:28, 29 is for Christians to "ABSTAIN from blood": "For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these ESSENTIALS ['these necessary things' - RSV]: that you ABSTAIN from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication; if you keep yourselves free from such things, you will do well. Farewell."-Acts 15:28, 29 (NASB) The wording of the scriptures here does not indicate that this is a relatively unimportant commandment. It says it is "essential". Now if your doctor told you that you must abstain from alcohol, would you be obedient if you quit drinking alcohol but had it put directly into your veins? Of course not. The main point would not be the route of administration, but that you should abstain from alcohol altogether. The exact same principle applies with the decree for Christians to ‘abstain from blood’ whether through the mouth or directly into the bloodstream.

You are told not to eat because when your blood is tested they are looking at your glucose levels and other whatnot I don't want to bore you with.
By drinking beer which probably contains maltose can screw up your test results and end up being diagnosed with who know what...lol

You are fasting, so no. Beer has sugar and lots of calories. Just drink water.
