i had another bump like this before and squeezed it also and the same thing came out.
what came out was a small black looking pebble and it was hard.
any ideas on what it is?
oh yea it was on my arm and the other on my lower back.

That's weird. Take the pebble to your doctor and see what he says.

sounds like a black head to me... use more soap and
wash better... if your still worried go to a doctor and
try to save the evidence of what came out ok?
