i quit drinking soda but now im hooked on arizona iced tea and drink about 1 of those 99 cent cans a day. Is drinking the iced tea alot better than drinking soda or jsut a little better?

Tea is much better. Soda can cause clogged arteries, and lead to multiple wieght and heart problems. But, tea is not good for your teeth, but so is coke. Drink decaf tea.

look at the nutrition facts. in all honesty, brew your own green tea and add a small spoonful of honey and chill it in the refrigerator if you have to. anything you make your own will probably be better for you as you know exactly what's going in it. arizona iced tea sounds good for you, but it is loaded with quite a bit of sugar i'm guessing.
