My friend file application for passport,his police inquiey also cleared,but now he has to get passport earliest time,according to visa procedure,he rushed passport office but the PRO not give responce and not take his written application,what he do? plz answer me immediately.

get any officer dealing with general public to write a note on the application to meet the RPO (Regional Passprot Officer) and also mentioning the current status of the passport application. Meet the RPO personally, on his / her approval, the passprot will be deliverd in a week's time.
