It looks like some type of seriously bad infection of the breast, and I'm pretty sure those are maggots. Some times when they cant get a wound to heal they use medical maggots because they only eat dead or dying skin and muscles, and they leave the healthy skin alone. That may very well be the nastiest thing I have ever seen in my life.

I used to have a TC badge a month in the past, however then it disappeared.
