forerunner7 let me share with you something God has recently shared with me.
There are two kingdoms and the kingdom now... is the kingdom of messiah i.e. Jeus. Then one day Jesus will send His angels and we will shine like the sun in the knigdom of THE FATHER. Now before you freak out on me, read Matthew 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Notice in verse 41 the son of man.....his kingdom
Now verse 43...Kingdom of their Father
Now read 1 Corinthians 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
1Co 15:27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
1Co 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
Notice verse 24 he i.e. Jesus..... he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father
True my Brother the kingdom is here , but, it is the kingdom of messiah, when all is said and done He (JESUS) will deliver it all up to the Father .......PRAISE GOD and all will be in subjection to the Father.

The church is the earthly manifestation of the kingdom.
Mark 9:1 And he said to them, “Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see that the kingdom of God has come with power.”
Literally, the kingdom is the DOMINION AND RULE OF GOD. It is NOT an earth based kingdom and NEVER WILL BE.
Jn 18:36 Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.”
2Peter 3:7 BY GOD’S WORD THE HEAVENS AND EARTH OF TODAY ARE BEING RESERVED FOR FIRE. They are being kept for the day when God will judge. Then ungodly people will be destroyed.
8 Dear friends, here is one thing you must not forget. With the Lord a day is like a thousand years. And a thousand years are like a day.
9 The Lord is not slow to keep his promise. He is not slow in the way some people understand it. He is patient with you. He doesn’t want anyone to be destroyed. Instead, he wants all people to turn away from their sins.
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. THE HEAVENS WILL DISAPPEAR WITH A ROAR. FIRE WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING IN THEM. God will judge the earth and everything in it.
11 So everything will be destroyed. And what kind of people should you be? You should lead holy and godly lives.
12 Live like that as you look forward to the day of God. It will make the day come more quickly. ON THAT DAY FIRE WILL DESTROY THE HEAVENS. ITS HEAT WILL MELT EVERYTHING IN THEM.
THE EARTH WILL BE DESTROYED AT JESUS' RETURN. THERE WILL BE NO EARTH TO HAVE AN "EARTHLY KINGDOM" ON.

The kingdom of God referred to here is the Christian church kingdom of God upon the earth. It is a wholly spiritual kingdom coexisting with the kingdoms of man upon the earth. The difference is that all the kingdoms of man will be thrown into the lake of fire just like Rome was in the Book of Revelation. But the kingdom of God is eternal.
Christians are IN this world but we are not OF this world. Never forget that.
Jhn 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

The word rendered “kingdom” in the Christian Greek Scriptures is ba·si·lei′a, meaning “a kingdom, realm, the region or country governed by a king; kingly power, authority, dominion, reign; royal dignity, the title and honour of king.” (The Analytical Greek Lexicon, 1908, p. 67) The phrase “the kingdom of God” is used frequently by Mark and Luke, and in Matthew’s account the parallel phrase “the kingdom of the heavens” appears some 30 times.

A kingdom is a domain ruled over by a king. There are very few on earth now. We hear more about 'states' these days and so you could thing of it a the Divine state. The alleged statement by Jesus is preceded by the Greek word 'metanoia', badly translated as 'repent'. Metanoia is a complex concept - meta... a tuning inward beyond and - noia...mind. Another phrase by Jesus was 'the kingdom of heaven is within you' , and so turn your attention inwards beyond the chattering mind and you will discover the peace of a 'divine state' of being.

Ultimately, the kingdom of God is that final state of affairs wherein God reigns unopposed over the transformed universe and his redeemed people are glorified. The kingdom is near in the sense that the coming of Jesus has begun to bring about its full realization. God requires repentance and belief from all those who hope to enjoy life in this kingdom

Jesus was speaking in that text while He was here on earth...so the kingdom of God was here on earth at that time. We DO need to wake up and give our hearts to Jesus, believe in the Message, and let Him change our life. Jesus is coming soon....we need to BELIEVE that!

Mark 1:15
And saying, The time is fulfilled and the Kingdom of God has DRAWN NEAR. Repend and believe in the gospel"
The kingdom of God is the ruling, the reigning of God with all its blessing and enjoyment. It is the Goal of the gospel of God and of Jesus Christ. To enter into this kingdom people need to repend of their sins and believe in the gospel that their sins may be forgiven and that they may be regenerated by God to have the Divine Life, which matches the nature of this Kingdom.
John3 :3,5
" Jesus answered and said to him, truly I say to you, Unless one is born anew he cannot see the Kingdom of God"
" Jesus answered, Truly truly I say to you, Unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God."
Our enterance and seeing is the Divine rebirth in our spirits which was deadened through the fall of Adam.
The Kingdom and the rule of this kingdom is Amazing.
Further in the Book of Mark 4 we see the matter of man's heart as depicted by the Four types of Ground or Earth being the means for the Kingdom to grow and spread.
We saw the
Heart that is hardened by earthly traffic like the WAYSIDE
The Heart that is full of hidden sins.. the ROCKS
Then the Heart that is full of the anxieties of life and the deceitfulness of Riches as the THORNS
And last but not least we see the HEART that is free from all of the above and gives the Lord as the Seed of The Word and of the Kingdom to be planted deep into our hearts... letting His roots take with no hidden rocks to stop them.. where the ground is not hardened by worldly traffic and compact so that the seed can be received... and also this heart is not full of anxiety and loving riches of this world but stores up their treasures in heaven, this heart does not allow the Seed of the Word to be choked.
Brother.. the Lord develops this Kingdom in us. Our hearts are the Good ground for Him to spread.. for Him to rule on the throne of our hearts. Our many hearts make His ONE HOME.
Eph 3:17
" That Christ may make HIS HOME in your HEARTS through faith, that you being ROOTED and GROUNDED in love!
May the Seed of the Word of the Kingdom be cared for us and watered in the Word each day.
Eph 5;26
That He might sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing of the water in the word
May the Lord spread and grow and develop in us to be the Kingdom.. the Realm from Which He rules..
The Kingdom in the book of Mark had DRAWN NEAR.. now the Lord has planted Himself into us and is growing and ruling in us.
ONe day brother.. the Kingdom WILL COME. That prayer that the Lord prayed will be manifested and we will no longer be in the age of Grace and of the CHurch but the Lord will Usher IN the Age of the Kingdom or the Dispensation of the Kingdom for 1000 years HALLELUJAH!!!

Love others. Be a promise keeper. Be variety. be waiting to grant others an answer approximately why you think in Jesus. Be in charge to your guy or woman movements.

Hmm, hard question for me..
My guess would be that the 'kingdom' meant Jesus, otherwise meaning Jesus is at hand, and its time to believe in him NOW before its to late.
Nice question
