It's hard to tell what's wrong with you and there could be a number of possibilities. Do you drink plenty of fluids? Be sure you do because you don't want to be dehydrated. Maybe the caffeine in your diet coke is giving your problems.
Looking at your diet, it's possible that you could have Iron-deficiency Anemia. Two of the symptoms of anemia include weakness and pale skin. Do you get cold easily or have trouble paying attention? Those are also symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia. If you aren't getting help from your doctor and you want to know if you're lacking iron, you could donate blood. Before you donate blood, they always test it to see if it has enough iron in it. It's a simple procedure where they prick your finger and place a blood droplet in this blue solution they have. If your blood floats or doesn't sink to the bottom quick enough, then you're lacking iron. I suggest you get it checked out. In the meantime, I suggest you try eating healthier foods as well as eating a wider variety. Don't just limit yourself to hot pockets, cereal, and diet coke because for one thing, those foods aren't very nutritious (well, cereal can be depending on what kind of cereal it is) and also when you don't eat a wide variety, you're not getting as much nutrients as possible. What you eat greatly affects your health and how you feel.
If none of this helps you, try seeing a different doctor. It never hurts to get a second opinion.

You need to drink more water! My husband and I went throught the same thing this last summer...it was SO hot and we weren't drinking enough. He even had hallucinations. You need to drink plenty of water, AND get sleep. Also your diet isn't helping either. Add some meat, Veggies and Fruit. Drink some milk. Your body is weak and calling out to u to give it nutrients!
The others are right about the Anemia as well. Which could be from lack of iron rich foods. But if you don't wanna go back to your doctor then start eating better and getting proper sleep. If you feel thristy, you are already dehydrated!

Have you gotten checked out for anemia? If not, it's just a simple blood test but it can certainely make you lightheaded.
If your doctor won't take you seriously, get a second opinion. Unfortunatley "lightheadedness" is one of those vague symptoms that unless there's some other piece to the puzzle you're not going to get any hard diagnoses from a doctor.
Are you taking any medicines that could cause it? It could jsut be stress to..when we're stressed we overbreathe and hyperventilate which makes you lightheaded (even if you dont realize you're doing it).
Also, you may want to beef up your diet and add some variety like fresh fruits and veges. And dont forget to stay hydrated!

Stop drinking the cokes and start drinking milk and fruit juice. The way you describe your diet, it sounds like you aren't getting enough nutrition. You need some fruits and vegetables. You should probably take a daily multi-vitamin with iron so you get your necessary vitamins and minerals. You are probably deficient in B vitamins, too.

It probably has something to do with your diet and the fact that you're basically getting no iron or protein. Change your diet and I think you'll see a lot of changes. That means fresh fruit and veggies, dairy, meat/fish...
See a dietitian if you need some help with it, I really think it would be worthwhile!

change doctors. Ask to have your heart evaluated because you are tired and lightheaded. You could have a prolapsed mitral valve or you could be anemic, many things. When was the last time you had any blood work done to check your hemaglobin?

A lot of girls have iron-poor blood. They aren't allowed to donate blood as they'll often faint after giving it. COuld be realted to that. You should try to eat better foods. The foods you listed are just junk. Eat real foods not processed foods all the time.

hm. so your doctor did not say that you have low RBC's ? for me, you sound like you do have insufficient RBCs.
pale, low energy, tired= low red blood cells.
check your blood with a doctor, or you can take B12supplements.
