I'm not sure i had this problem too I had sex with a guy "friend" at a party we didn't drink the first time we did it then we drank and did it twice more, the next week I herd him telling people that I seduced him and that he "didn't" want to? but he never said stop or even tryed preventing it in fact he even locked the door and didn't want me to leave the bed so I'm not sure I'm thinking that he didn't want to be the one who seemed that wanted it beacuse I was younger than him and his friends knew we did it.

Well of course it is. If there's no consent, it's rape.
An extremely strong woman could rape a man.

I think it's kind of possible... but not if he's REALLY not into it. (This assumes you mean traditional intercourse) ... if he's *so* not into it that he starts thinking of dead puppies or his naked grandmother, this could result in a very flaccid state where traditional intercourse would be impossible.
Otherwise... I guess technically - she could commit a sexual assault upon him. (I believe 'rape' is still legally defined as penile-vaginal penetration)
if you mean, a gal putting on a strap-on and forcing this device into an unwilling male partner... then yes, that's absolutely possible (if she could overpower him)

rape is just sex that one party did not agree to. so yes, guys can rape girls, which is much more common and also, girls can rape guys. this type of thing doesnt appear in the media often because guys always like to seem like they are in control and rarely ever report their rapists. control your urges
