She wants to get out of the marriage but she's in fear for her life. I'm trying to find ways to help her without jepordizing the situation.

See if there is a local women's shelter... they have support structures for situations like this. There should be a hotline of some sort. Check the United Way charities in your area. If not, she needs to go to the police and see what they can recommend.

She has good reason to have fear. She will need legal help and probably will need a restraining order, and will probably need to move and establish herself in another area.
When she makes her move, she will have to do it all at once and be slick about it.

Ummm.....SH1T THAT'S SCARY. Okey here is what I think she should do, I want her to move out while he's gone, FAST. Make sure a police officer is accompanying her and maybe a friend to help her pack FAST and get on a plane . EVERYBODY that your friend knows and loves should take a vacation for one or two days and the police should watch him like a hawk. I know this sounds inconvinient, but it is the safest precedure I can think of. Talking to the police would be way better though if you want a plan though cause they're trained. I hope your cousin is safe.

i recomend the movie "enough" with jennifer lopez.. gives great escape ideas if thats what she's needing to do.

has he ever threatened her?
if he has i would go to the police with it.
i hope everything works out.
