Fermentation takes from about 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on several factors (temperature, type of biomass, etc.) Distillation is rather fast, depending upon the size and energy output of your still. 10 gallons per minutes is possible in large stills. Dehydration also goes quickly (minutes).
