i'm asian, so rice and noodles are staple to my diet. so if i reduce my intake of carbohydrates, will it help me lose some weight?

When trying to lose weight it's best to cut down on sweets and things high in saturated fat. You should never eliminate carbs because that would cause health problems. Cutting down slightly should help you though.

Reduce the amount consumed ie count your portions.
Please donot eliminate, you need carbohydrates for energy!!

eliminate no thats bad for you.
eat proper servings of each type of food.

it's good to balence your diet, carbs break down into sugars and it's not very healty for you, however you need them in your diet.
