Why did God create the universe when He knew what would become of it?

Question

He knew Adam and Eve would be tempted by Satan and thus cast the world into chaos. Why didn't He just destroy Satan, thereby eliminating death and destruction? And why does God create people that He knows will never be Saved?

God gave us all a free will , we can pray, & prayer does change things. Adam chose to sin, Eve was deceived, but Adam knew,this was sin, & Eve's was too.

when they took of the tree of the knowledge of good & evil, it changed the world, the world was absolutly perfect, but we(sinners like Adam) have messed it up",we've all gone astray, & gone our own way,there is none righteous, no not one",

God's heart breaks when we fall. He weeps when we weep,He feels our pain,he knows our weaknesses, he understands our sorrows, he knows our deepest cares, & HE will walk beside us, & he will carry us,when we cannot bear our burdens anymore & are weighed down,heavily,with our care.

He did not intend for man to make the choices he has, but he sees the choices that we do have. & when we've messed it all up, hopelessly, he can still take it & "use it together for the good" if we love him.

Your question is not 100 percent answerable.. so know that no matter what anyone says you may be potential disapointed. But I'll give a shot at speculation, however only God knows the answer, and so far She isn't telling anyone... As a disclaimer I would like to make it very clear I have know Idea what I'm talking about.

As a finite being (ie. you) you know a omnipotent/present being (ie God) as being everywhere in time, knowing everything in time, but you dont understand it. You may think that when someone talks about knowing the future that they speak of one single moment in time that is predetermined no matter what. However to a being that is everywhere and all knowing there could be multiple futures. This is where free will comes in. You can go left and get hit by a short bus and die, or right and get hit by Bill Gates, not die, and sue for millions. Either way an all knowing being will exist outside the fourth dimension (time), and be able to see all possible solutions all at once and is in turn all knowing.

Anyway, we are never gonna have a clue. In fact we as a human race know absolutley nothing in the grand scheme of things... which is actually pretty cool cause you can try to get a clue (although that may result in a lot of schooling, little money, and being up at 2 a.m. on a yahoo message board... I digress).

Gotta change the T.V. channel hold on. Ok I'm back. One might ask the same about a human being though.. why have a child if you know there growing up in this chaotic yet otherwise empty universe only to die?

Only thing I can recomend if you want to know the answer is study really hard.. set a goal.. aim for omnipotence... and though you may not get there you'll probably fall somewhere around the area of Mathematecian. Good luck!

God didn't know that the first human pair would rebel from his loving care.
Humans have free will , and can choose which way they will direct their lives.

When created , both Adam and Eve had the choice to remain under Gods rule or leave it and go under Satan's rule.

Unfortunately for the whole of mankind alive today , they chose the wrong choice and went with Satan's ruler-ship.

This started the issue of universal sovereignty.
Who had the right to rule of creation , God or Satan.

Destroying Satan and Adam and Eve and starting again with a new human pair would have been possible.
But would this have settled the universal sovereignty issue ? .....
No it wouldn't.

The other angels present in the heavens (who also have free will) would have also observed this challenge.
One of Gods main attributes is justice.
By killing off his enemies without time for them to prove their point would be unjust. , and so God would not do this.

Since that time man has been living and dying generation by generation. , but each person has (while alive) the opportunity to show whether or not they personally follow Satan or God.

This is done by what they believe and what they do.

Over the centuries some people have shown that they want to live under God's rule , and they reject Satan , his world and his ungodly pagan church teachings.

These truly God fearing people have proved Satan to be a lier and that God is , and deserves to be the universal ruler.

The Bible says that in a short time this bad world system will be ended , opposes of God will be destroyed and the effect of Satan removed ,, allowing the earth to be restored to a paradise for true honest hearted people to live on in peace.

The question that you should next ask is , 'what do I have to do to be on God's side.'
