The general sequence of steps for performing taharah is as follows. Blessings, prayers, and readings from Torah, Psalms and other Jewish scripture may be recited at several points:

The body (guf) is uncovered. (It has been covered with a sheet awaiting taharah.)
The body is washed carefully. As all blood must be buried along with the deceased, any open bleeding is stopped. The body is thoroughly cleaned of dirt, body fluids and solids, and anything else that may be on the skin. All jewelry is removed.
The body is purified with water, either by immersion in a mikvah or by pouring a continuous stream in a prescribed manner.
The body is dried (according to most customs).
The body is dressed in traditional burial clothing (tachrichim). A sash (avnet) is wrapped around the clothing and tied in the form of the Hebrew letter "shin," representing one of the names of God.

Tachrichim (burial shrouds) are traditional simple white burial garments, usually made from 100% pure linen, in which Jews are dressed by the Chevra Kadisha for burial after undergoing a taharah (ritual purification).

Greetings. Answer is D (AB). The blood on the Shroud and the Eucharistic miracle are both AB. Pretty amazing stuff.

If folks would study the burial techniques of the Jews they would understand there can't be a shroud of Jesus.

The clergymen could have been mendacity, as could have those "scientists"*, in any different case that actual sounds like it could merely be genuine. (different than for the blood form, I examine someplace else that Jesus had O blood, so as that could desire to be a contradiction.) P.S. save living your faith and use it to no longer sentence others, yet to be ethical and loving (like Jesus). *have been they scientists? i'm uncertain, besides i'm probable bias as an agnostic.

The Turin shroud appeared in the 1300's with no provenance. Of course it's not the shroud of Christ.

The shroud of Turin is a notorious fraud, so nothing can be determined from it. As for Lanciano, I never heard of it.

Wow! you tell us.

For those of you who say it's a fraud, you don't know your science nor your history. More, over you have no faith. As for paint, you've been sniffing too much.
