i don't noe how to tell if i have testicular cancer, i check on my balls and i find this little thing in my ball sack,a nd when i press on it , i feel pain, and it is connected to my balls.

If you are worried about it the best thing you can do is see a doctor. Since you found something and it is noticable and causes pain, it is best to have it checked. It can be frightening to think you have cancer. The doctor can tell you for sure and then you will know. If it is cancer, most likely you have found it early and treatment will take care of it. Don't wait and find out later that if you had done something you would be okay but now it isn't. Here is a link about testicular examination and self checks. 1] there are a lot of normal 'lumps and bumps' in your testicles, but new ones should be checked out. See your doctor.
2] ask your doctor to show you how to examine your testicles
