I wash my face twice a day(which has salyllic acid in it if it makes a difference)and I also use a moisturizer and an acne treatment(that has benzoyl peroxide in it). I also use pore strips on my nose every once in a while. Would it be a good idea to start using an astringent? How many products is too many? Also, will my acne cream bleach my clothes/sheets? I used to use clearasil ultra tinted acne cream with benzoyl peroxide, and it warned me on the package that it may bleach things, and it does, so now I use AcneFree terminator acne cream, which also has benzoyl peroxide in it, but it didnt say anything on the package about it bleaching things, does anyone know if it will? Thanks!

Acne cream doesn't work as good as Clorox for bleaching.

I used to have a face wash that bleached all my towels and my face cloths so i got rid of it. and I think that the ones without the benzoyl peroxide work better because as soon as i switched from the one that had bleach in it to a different product my acne went away. I switched to Biotherm sensitive and it works really well. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and i have had about one zit, when before I would have quite a few. I really recommend it :)

Yeeech...that sounds like a lot as is. I would use a wash that contain acne fighting stuff and maybe the moisturizer. Most acne body washes can also be used on the face and wash cloths do a good job with scrubbing the pores. Peroxide can cause damage to clothing, so protect them using a towel or wait until your face is dry to put on your clothes.

Over-doing it with treatments and cleaning can cause inflammation and make the acne worse. The Clearasil Ultra is one of the best treatments.

Sadly, a person with acne should not use moisturizer or cream except around the eye area. Any moisturizer, even the ones which claim they are not oily, will cause more outbreaks.
