i'm not sure about conversions, but it's 8-10 eight (8) ounce glasses of water a day

i would suppose tea would work
however, caffeine in the body DEHYDRATES YOU!

so try and get decaffinated tea, or just stick with water
or flavored water like crystal light. stay away from kool aid as it's just mainly sugar and excess calories. crystal light has some calories, but very little.

Normally, 8 oz is one glass of water. I don't think that drinking tea, juice, or other soft drinks go towards those 8 oz. The best way to figure out whether or not you are properly hydrated or not is by your urine. Your urine shoud be clear most times you go to the bathroom. Hope this helps!

That's all water, including solid food. So if you eat an orange or have a tri-tip, you are to include that as part of your intake. The recent rule of thumb is to just drink when you are thirsty and to expel clear urine.

You can get sick or die by drinking too much water. A radio contestant died this year from drining too much water during a water drinking contest.

A serving glass would be 240ml. You should atleast have 8 glasses of water/day. Tea and fruit juices should not be included in while counting.
