Sometimes you can find canned goats milk in the grocery. But you will probably have to go to health foods store or find someone with milk goats otherwise.

I've never heard of anyone selling camel or water buffalo milk here in the US though....

You can find some goats milk and out in the Western state of the US, some stores will carry buffalo milk. I have NEVER seen camel's milk even in specialty or middle eastern groceries. Sorry.

I have seen goats milk and goats milk products (cheeses, yogurts, etc.) for sale at many co-op and natural foods stores.

Buffalo milk is difficult to buy in the U.S., but buffalo milk cheeses are found in most grocery stores now (fresh mozz especially).

I've never seen camel's milk products of any kind.

Try your local co-op or halal grocer- even if they don't carry what you're looking for, they may be able to recommend a distributer that could special order for you.

Goat milk is often available in health food stores and in markets that specialize in natural foods, like Whole Foods and Wild Oats. It is usually in the refrigerated dairy section, and you might have to read the bottles and cartons, because it's packaged just like cows milk. You can also find it sometimes at local farmers' markets. Many people who aren't able to digest cows milk do much better with goatmilk, and I think it's yummy. I've never seen camel or water buffalo milk sold in the U.S., but it may be available in some specialized ethnic markets. Mozzarella made from water buffalo milk is fantastic, so I wonder why the milk isn't marketed - maybe there just aren't enough water buffalo here. Wait, I just found a dairy in Vermont that specializes in it, and they have distributors in many states: Woodstock Water Buffalo Dairy. Maybe they can help with that. I'll add their url below.

Hope your search is successful.

Goat milk is sold in a number of better grocery stores and also health food stores in the U.S. It used to only be available canned, but now several companies sell it "fresh" in the dairy section. A quick google should help you find a retailer in your area.

There is a place in Vermont that makes buffalo milk cheeses and yogurts for retail markets, but I don't know that they ship just the milk. It's called Woodstock Water Buffalo, and here's a link to their store locator:

As for camel's milk - you got me there. I don't know of any place in the U.S. that currently carries it.

they sell goat milk in the stores...but i suggest you just go around the farm areas and see who has goats, contact them and ask what they charge for milk. We do that for people who ask usually...its really healthy, I dont know about the other types of milk. ask a zoo?
