I'm not trying to sell u a specific brand (be careful of salespeople btw). It sounds like u need to see a dermatologist due to the duration. He, or some MD's would prescribe you something stronger than OTC products...possibly a steroidal cream..topical. It won't put hair on your chest!!!By the time you buy several products trying to fix it , the visit will hopefully pay for itself.Neosporin was a good call because it contains an antibiotic so now you need to step it up a little.Meanwhile place a fairly hot(not scalding!) wash cloth over ur nose (preferably right after a bath or shower).Keep it on for almost a minute if u can. Then use vaseline and put the smallest dab on the afflicted area.Wet the towel again w/ hot water and quickly wring it out really well and use it to scrub ur nose a few times with a good amount of pressure(this will exfoliate it). Wet ur nose and apply a fairly generous amount of the vaseline (the layer of h2o underneath is now trapped as moisture.). Reapply vaseline as often as u want throughout the day unless it starts getting too greasy! I'd only wash it once a day.Drink plenty of h2o to hydrate urself internally as well.I've had none today so I'm gonna go grab 1 now. I must heed my own advice!

I hate to tell you this but you need to moisturize. Go to marykay.com and request samples of the Men's line of cleanser and moisturizer and it may take a week but it will fix the problem.

Some men are afraid of skin care but dry skin is uncomfortable so why not use it if it is made for you.

Good luck!

Sounds like you need moisturiser. All you need is some moisturiser it doesn't even have to be expensive just go to the chemist and get some.I've found that if you use a moisturiser with aloe vera in it then it works best.

I Hope that answered your question.

Sounds like dry skin. Try using a moisturizer. Don't know why you'd be using neosporin.
