well, I think it's like a test cause we learn, all through life we learn and I think we'll take it with us when we die. True knowledge of what is right and what is wrong, we may need to know these things after death for whatever God has planned for us. Also there's the heaven and hell thing which is confusing because I don't get why God would punish us like that when he made us this way. Again there would then have to be a purpose. Hell is for all those who went through life and waisted Gods gift and were evil. hell is for those who went around and hurt the innocent and were glad they did it. Heaven's the reward, the place to rest and relax, be happy and so on. That's why I'm thinking it's like a test.
Also, with all the things God can create. Maybe God wants true love and this is the only way to do it without creating a robot. If you create something to love you, that's what they'll do. And God loves his creations and wants them to truly love him in return, see what I mean?
I wish we really knew that answer, but that's my best guess so far. He wants us to seek him, he wants us to really love him.

It is called a test. Should tests be easy? If they should, then that would make George Bush an A student and an idiot both at the same time. Let's face it, to be good at something, you gotta practice hard. And even so, there will be times when things seems impossible. Just always keep in mind what you are striving for. It'd persistence in discipline, and faith that makes you pass this test.
People say: with all the suffering, violence and wickedness happening, there can be no god. These are all tests that a lot of people are failing. God gives humans the ability to make weapons, but human beings choose to misuse their capabilities. Lazy people prefer to rob and steal from others, it is a whole cycle of self-waywardness. But the strongest person that emerges is the one that holds himself together and does not get distracted and carried away in the obstacles that will present themselves.

You give no reference to anything Almighty God or Jesus Christ said or did that was/is confusing to you. So you can not expect a conclusive answer when the question is not fully stated.

But I know this from a life of studying and trying my best to live as The Holy Bible and Jesus Christ teaches.

Almighty God and Jesus Christ are VERY plain speaking.
The confusion is in either our ignorance of the scriptural topic, or event recorded in The Holy Bible.

First of all, it's not God that makes things confusing. It's people, especially people who don't know, or don't not want to know , the Bible.

He has always let his true sincere worshipers know the truth about him and his purposes. In Amos 3:7 it says God makes known his secrets to his prophets. Also, in Daniel 2:28 it says God is a Revealer of secrets.
An example:
Daniel chapter 1:17and 2:29,30,36

Those who don't know either haven't had a chance to learn, or they are the type of people that Jesus described at Matthew 13:11-14.

God has always used a special group of people to be his people. First it was the Israelites. But Jesus said they were not God's people anymore in Matthew 23:37-39.

Now God uses a group called Christians. But the hypocritical Christians he is not using. Just as he told those hypocritical Israelites that they would no longer be blessed by their God, so too, it's the same way with Christians. God wants his people to worship him in spirit and truth as John 4:23,24 says.

In fact, in Revelation chapters 17 and 18 it shows that soon false religion, especially religions that claim to be Christ's followers, will be destroyed by the governments of the earth. What makes this interesting is that it's God's thought that they do this.(Revelation 17:17)

Jesus said at John 17:3
"This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."
Psalms 83:18 and Isaiah 26:4 will show you the true God's name. His people are known by this name and are followers and imitators of his son.

He doesn't. Men do. With the death of all the prophets, the original word of God was lost. If you open your heart and ask God to reveal the truth to you, He will. Listen to that. The Bible is really not hard to understand. You just have to sit down and read it.

Men make things complicated by reading more into it than is really there and not reading enough into that which should be

Common sense dictates friend, god is not here, so he isn't the one making things so confusing. People corner the market on confusion.

If more people used their common sense and lived the Simple, uncomplicated law god gave; Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, the world would be infinitely less complicated and happy.

Do Unto Others and Be Happy

If you are referring to the Bible, it was written by hundreds of men over thousands of years. Confusing, to say the least, is to be expected.

If you are referring to suffering in the universe, you have to options. One: god does not exist, which would explain all the suffering. Two: god doesn't care about suffering, which would also explain all the suffering.

If you are referring to a specific issue in your life which is frustrating. You will not find answers in god, you will only find them within yourself.

The confusion comes in when sin enters the picture. Faith like a child is simple, so is life. It's when we start getting into 'wants' instead of being content with our 'needs' being met that it starts getting confusing.

My lady, God doesn't create confusion. The confusion was created by human who don't really understand Him. That's why He urge us to learn and asking question to the right person who really master it.
