Yes, I saw on cops where a guy was driving naked and went to jail for indecent exposure.

Yes and no, Yes if you don't get caught or someone is not offended, I occasionally drive nude on long interstare hwys between cites its very relaxing to have the window down and wind all over the body. No if you are city streets or hightly traveled road. I think it generally against the law, but the law is not everywhere.

such a thing would be the subject of state law - but generally, the act of driving does not render nakedness criminal per se, but you are likely to get hit with some type of indecent exposure charge if your conduct is complained of or if a cop passes by.

not in bali, indonesia!! one time we (me, Gf, friend and his Gf)go surfing and we dont bring a spare shirt to wear and i just clean my car so i told my friend to take all their wet cloth off and we drive for half an hours naked... sometimes other will see us, at first glance they didnt notice, but at the second glance they see it and just shook their head and laugh (even the police)
but i suggest dont step out from the vehicle though, than it would be illegal

legally no because your car is considered a public place when it's on the road.

No, it's not. What if a van or bus was next to you and people from higher up could see you? It's considered public exposure.
