More than likely your questions will be based on your experience with installation. You need to prepare your answers based on past or present work history as an installer. If you have no experience, then try to relate your answers to the job your interviewing for. Example: Maybe you were an installer for a cable company as opposed to an alarm company. Give job details that relate to the job you are applying for (i.e., how to run wire from attic to destination point if you have a firewall), if you had on the job training, how long it took before you were working on your on, etc.

If you don't have any job experience in that field at all or this is only your first or second job then let the interviewer know why you think you are capable to do their job for them. (ie. Don't just say "You're a hard worker" - everyone says that and how do they know you are a hard worker?) Be specific. (i.e, When I worked for XYZ Company, I worked overtime whenever it was available, I came in early to prepare for the day ahead of me, etc.)
You need to ask questions about the position also.
Be confident, Speak clearly, Don't fidget, and Go get the Job.

Preparation is the key to being relaxed during the interview. There are endless scenarios that they can ask you about. For example:

What if the customer asks you about pricing of the system?

Does the system sometimes generate false alarms because of static electricity, humidty changes, and electrical spikes?

Did I select the right switch for the windows?

Should I upgrade the basic system?

What if you crack/break a window by accident?

What if you run behind schedule and you have two appointments just before quitting time at 5PM.

What would you do if the client does not appear to be at home?

You probably need to sit with friends and dream up all the questions. I'd then brainstorm all of the answers and what's good and what's not. You might include older adults because your employeer is likely to be older.
