It's certainly possible. It's also possible that Amon-Ra exists, or djinns, or giants, or leprechauns. The fact that something is possible does not mean that something is likely. I am not absolutely certain that there are no supernatural phenomena in this universe--by supernatural I mean breaking established scientific law for no natural reason. However, I have never seen one. No one I have ever met has seen one. In fact, I have only read about them in fiction or in historical documents that predate various scientific revolutions which occurred in the last few centuries.
You are correct if you are implying that everyone must be at least academically agnostic. However, atheism is much more practical for interacting rationally with the world.

certainly the shortcoming of god does not harm the existence of the universe. merely like Santa, the Grinch, unicorns fairies and Ogres, god isn't something greater effective than a fictional character invented to describe a worldwide it is merely too complicated to comprehend. human beings long to have an answer and till we are in a position to teach the certainty we many times make one up. a million. The earth is flat. No sorry we proved that erroneous. 2. The sunlight is going around the earth. Ah, no lower back we proved it incorrect. you're merely like various those human beings in the previous who sought to describe the unexplainable and have been later shown incorrect. Your assumption that arithmetic is precis is erroneous. i'm able to visually place a million orange next to a diverse orange and end that their are 2 oranges. The precis in arithmetic is provided in because of the fact we don't certainly choose actual products to describe their relationship, we are in a position to apply our mind's eye. mind's eye is precisely what we used to create god.

Of course it's POSSIBLE. It's just highly unlikely, seeing as it's entirely unsupported by the evidence.
Besides, you only defined God as a creator. That says practically nothing about him. Most people have a broader definition of a God than that, one who monkeys with the universe. That God is even MORE unlikely.

if god is supposed to be the sort of thing that you can't miss, then sure, i think i know enough to say that god doesn't exist. but if god is subtle, then believers would have to stop accusing non-believers of being stupid or evil for not believing in it. are believers willing to do that?

No one should say they are 100% sure about anything.
I don't say God is impossible.
