Is speaking Spanish the new fad on Yahoo Answers?

Apparently no one here read the NEW Answers TOS. Paraphrased, it says it's a violation of TOS if Spanish is used on English sites, and if English is used on Spanish sites.

I have spoken spanish here a time or two to someone that didn't know how to word the question and was being made fun of for not wording it right in English. Everytime I have done that, though, I type the words in English underneath so as not to offend anyone. Yet, I still get flagged! LOL

not really, but look all the way down at the bottom of the screen and you can see a US Flag with "en Espanol" next to it, there Spanish is the thing.

Who is speaking Spanish? If someone is I can only assume it is just another way for anti-America illegals and pro-illegals to deliberately disrespect America and our customs.

Edit: Honestly..in a mostly English speaking forum than yes I feel it is polite to speak English so that others can feel a part of the discussion..

And it is Also polite to have courtesy to people who do not not have English as their 1st language..
