a common cold goes away after a few days. a religion is more insidious. it lingers. it rips apart the fabric of your soul, tears apart families, creates wars and bigotry. I had this disease once, i think i survived it, not sure yet though.

Well they are both viruses. However I have not personally found religion to be contagious despite families attempt at this, whereas the horrible cold has been.

LOL are you serious? you can easily get away from religion, but common cold will follow you for days and it'll spread onto others.
You can easily not join a religion, it's easy to stop spreading religions, so you don't need any medications.
