Hi there,
My second son had this problem from birth. The physio we saw told me that it is easy to fix.

I had to massage the lower leg/feet and apply pressure to straighten the feet. I was also advised to buy good quality lace up boots and put them on the wrong feet as this would also apply pressure to turn the feet. I was also told that letting him go barefoot was also a good option.

Just to confuse the matter here are some links.

Good luck with your little one.

My son used to do this too and his doctor said that unless it affected his walking that they wouldn't do anything. Just just turned 3 on Aug 10th and his feet are fine without treatment.

Sometimes they straigten themselves out. If the doctor was really worried about it , it seems like they would give her some kind of brace. I've heard of shoes that can help, but don't remember the brand name. Try looking up special shoes online, it bet that could help.

could possibly be a ligament problem... not really sure, my lil' brother had club feet (he stood on the top of them), and had surgery, but they may be able to correct it with braces on her feet. talk to her doctor and they should be able to find you a solution!
