People are notoriously bad at predicting what work they will like. The best predictor is how happy the people who currently the work while they are doing it.

If you want this job, make sure that you stay in touch with the interviewers and show your interest. Writing a personalized and handwriten note is always a nice touch after an interview.

If you do not have the qualifications for the job you think you will like, then you need to get experience and/or training that will qualify you. Those doing the work can tell you how. I suggest that you find work close to those workers if you are not qualified. Make sure you verify that they actually do like their work.

Be yourself and let your passion for the job shine through. Tell the person interviewing you why you want the job and what qualifications you have that will make you a perfect fit. Do some research on the industry so you can show them how knowledgeable you are of the employer's business. You need to prove you're more than a doer, but an initiator.

Be sure to show confidence and don't ever second guess yourself when you're talking to any of the management. Keep in mind in your interview that YOU are also interviewing THEM. Don't exaggerate your skills, and be honest about your expectations.
