It usually means they think ur hot. You'll totally get used to it and will learn to ignore it. If it's a cute girl try 2 look back at her and smile.It's a compliment to get stared at. They're not trying 2 b rude. The other day this amazing guy was at a table next 2 me and it was all I could do not to stare at him.Welcome to Flirting. Try staring back at her, then you can pick up more clues. Pick up some courage and ask why she is staring at you.Otherwise tactfully leave her a little note and DON'T let anybody see you do it! She is likely to have a crush on you and it's common for adolescents. Don't worry "love, lust, crush, passion" are mysterious things that will either bring goodness or regrets and some of them will get refined or go away as you all grow up. Been through it so i know. They like you!! They dream of making out with you. I remember vivIdly imagining kissing a boy at that age. Next time a girl is staring at you, say Hi, and see what happens. A girl starts wanting that first kiss at 13. So if she hasn't been kissed by 14, she's desperate! lol Good luck, kiddo!! :)

I agree with the other answerers that this girl probably likes you and is perhaps just too shy to express it. Don't let it bother you. You are a little too young to start dating yet, but in a couple of years, if you feel ready, feel free to start developing your friendships with girls by asking them out.

People stare because they like you, you look handsome, your hair style is interesting, you're tall, etc.
Don't analyze the situation too much. Be gracious.

it depends on how they stare at you. if i were u i would ask them if there's somethin u could do for them because whether they like you or not its very rude to stare
