Don't force him into fatherhood. That would be really wrong of you and it could hurt your relationship. Make sure that the time is right for both of you, not just when you want to. Having a child is hard enough and if you damage your marriage by getting pregnant and essentially forcing it on him you could find yourself a single mom. From experience, single motherhood is really tough.

don't you think it should be agreed upon both you and your husband first?maybe he is not ready yet. ready for the responsibilities of having a kid, providing for the kid, or even sharing you with the kid. he may want to enjoy your togetherness for a while before taking that big step. maybe he is thinking about your financial stability first before the kid. try to understand him first before making any hasty steps that you may regret after a while and having a kid is not, afterall, a joke

you can't make anyone feel ready to have a kid. just let him know that you're ready and be patient for him to come around. pushing him will do nothing but make it harder. you'll both be happier and better equiped when you want to have a baby as a couple. good luck

wait till you are BOTH ready. It takes two to make a baby. You should really consider him, too.

Having a child should be a mutual decision...not forced by you...
