Obviously, a pretty avatar is the most important thing, then it's correct spelling and good punctuation. Overriding this, I need assurance that the answer is likely to be sound advice and so, I'll never give best answer unless the source is quoted.

I give almost everyone 5 stars when they get best answer. It's the default setting and I'm really lazy.

Just be sincere and informative in their question. They don't have to copy and paste a whole essay they found on the Internet in order to make a point or give informative answers. I prefer personal opinions and just nice people! :)
