Atheists are angry because christians don't share the same worldview. Atheists are intolerant of any worldview that opposes their own. Atheists think everyone should think like they do, and anyone who doesn't, is considered to be an idiot, or not educated enough. However, get an atheist in a real scientific debate, and they lose every time. It's actually pretty hilarious!

No it's the same reason every religion has problems with another... they don't know how to convince them that their right and so they get frustrated and aggravated... Which in the case of Christians shouldn't happen. I'm a Christian and I'm not aggravated with any atheist or evolutionist or anyone that opposes my faith. I'll carry on a conversation with you about the differences in our beliefs and try to help us see the truth... but id not get aggravated... Don't think all Christians are the same.

Why do some (notice I said some not all) christians aggravate atheists and try to shove their religion down peoples throats? I aggravate those who aggravate me. Simple as that. If the christians that won't leave me alone would leave me alone, I would leave them alone. I'm not in misery, I am happy not believing in your god. I have all that it takes to make me happy, 2 beautiful children and one on the way, food in our belly, a roof over our heads, and clothes on our backs. We don't need anything else to make us happy. Now what about the christians, they need an imaginary friend up in the sky to make them happy.

I'm Christian and I'm not aggravated by atheists. I am aggravated by what seems to be a commonly shared belief of atheists: that Christians have no foundation to their beliefs and are therefore deluded. It doesn't bother me that many people don't believe as I do, but it does get a bit old hearing over and over again that my belief is stupid.

Strange, on checking some of the Q&A from some Christians on here I was just wondering the opposite.
You certainly got some right little fascists on your side of the fence, who seem to get pleasure out of annoying and aggravating others at every opportunity the can get.

Since when do atheists aggravate Christians? I'm a Christian, and I find my atheist friends and relatives fascinating and intelligent, and I love it when they challenge part of the Bible or part of the Christian religion because it forces me to study and learn more about what I believe and why. And I'm not miserable either, by the way. However, you're aggravating me, so I'm done answering your question.

ok i am an atheist and i don't go around aggravating christians. in fact some of my best friends are christian and they are the ones who tried to force their beliefs on me. we can all argue to the ends of the earth and back about who is right and what is real and all that but it doesn't matter because in the end not one of us will change our minds. people believe what they want and that's that but i did want to say that not all atheists are intolerant and angry as j h put it. and i am perfectly happy to let people believe what they will and i won't force my beliefs on them. but when i get literally surrounded by some of my best friends and get pounded with questions like 'why don't you believe in god' and 'what do you believe really happened here' i tend to get a little...what was the word...aggravated at my christian friends. and then i may explain what i believe and why i believe it but i don't force anything on them. oh and j h i would just love to have a scientific discussion with you.

Atheists aggravate Christians because it is their belief anyone not believing and accepting Jesus can't go to heaven.
The only alternative is hell there is no black or white. But Christians fail to realize it's only our responsibility to spread the word not hold anyones hand or force feed it. God already has a book with the names of those that he's chosen. It's up to him not us.
Read the story of Saul. It's sometimes called the road to Damascus.

No, we are sad to see so many people lack common sense. You interpret this sadness as misery.
If you find it aggravating that I question that which has no proof, then I suggest you take the time to investigate the origins of religion outside of what the church teaches you.

Dude... why would you post something so full of irony? Aren't you trying to aggravate the atheists with this post? Honestly, this is why it is so hard for Christians to be taken seriously in here.
