(really obscure reference there)
I suspect it would qualify as abuse, not so much for repeatedly asking the same question (note that she varies the claim enough, it's just always an insult on atheists), but for personal attacks and no interest in an honest discussion.

It is clearly against the ToS to ask the same question repeatedly.
It is also clearly against the ToS to single out one specific user.

Well, your suggestion to re-write should fit - she isn't singled out, only used for example.
Either way, makes no difference to me - I don't "Report" anyone. The only reason I know is because I got a violation notice, someone thought I was offensive, so I looked at the ToS.

Maybe she's just insecure about having her own opinion. Kinda like how some people say, "I have this friend that..." instead of just coming out and saying what's on their mind.
