how do i figure out if i have 28 day, 30 day, ehatever day cycle if all my periods dont start on the same day every month? they are always changing and sometimes i have them at the end of one month and it carries over to the next month. help?!

Every women have a range of period cycle between 28-35days. Start counting fm Day 1 of last mth to Day 1 of this mth, for eg: 16Jul-12Aug = 28days. If you chart your period every mth, you can calculate period cycle by using average. Use result for @ least 6mth for better accuracy. Hope this helps!

Look for the stretchy mucus - and after that stops then it is 14 days till your next period.

count the days, not the dates. 28 days is 4 weeks exactly.

you can take these tests to do it... but I don't know what they are called... ask your gyno!
