like to know whats healthy and low in sodium..... I'm eating there tomorrow.

I'd suggest anything with vegetables. Maybe the Oriental Chicken Salad (WITHOUT wonton strips and dressing, otherwise it'll be a 900-calorie meal)!The mixed greens are especially good as well! It has lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and aspargus that are a uniquely delicious mix!

Remember to eat slowly, not only will you enjoy your meal more, but you'll be able to tell when you're full sooner!
