Good for you for refusing to douche. It's unhealthy for your vaginal chemistry, and your vagina naturally cleans itself out anyway.
If the odor only comes around when you sweat (or comes and goes), make sure you strip off your leo right away when you get home, and take a shower.
If you have abnormal discharge, or any other reason to think it may be an infection, you can either try over-the-counter yeast infection medications, or you can see a doctor (there's always that possibility it's bacteria) for treatment. Try to keep clean and dry down there. Wash with normal soap and warm water (there's no reason to clean inside). Wear cotton underwear, and get out of your dance gear right when you're done with class.

Is this an addition to an earlier question? Anyway, if you are cleaning daily in the shower, you shouldn't have a nasty odor, even when you are exercising. Perhaps you have an infection down there. You should see a doctor just to make sure. Don't douche- it's bad for your girl parts and messes up the pH in your vagina, makes it easier to get infections and yeast down there.

How about a pantyliner or a scented powder to absorb some of the moisture? Sorry, that's the only thing I can think of right now.

DOUCHING IS BAD!!! I can't say this enough. Douching forces bacteria higher and makes you much more prone to infection. Ask any MD or GYN.

You can try:
*scented feminine powder
*odor eliminating panty liner
* feminine wipes to use everytime you use the washroom or when you feel "uncomfortable"
By the way---Happy birthday!!!!! Many happy more to come.GOD bless!

Try a pantyliner. They're a lot thinner than pads, and you can't really feel them.
