First I would stay calm. Getting stressed out over it, will only make you worse. Midol always helps me with the cramps. If you wear tampons then wear one if not wear pads. Wash really well down there before you leave for the interview and bring extra pants, panties and pad or tampons just in case you have an accident on the way. I would recommend wearing dark bottoms. It will all be ok and good luck.

Ah wear a pad & go?

What's the big deal? From what you say its not a big deal.

Plus 2 days in the cycle days is FOREVER & can change a ton of stuff!!

Wear a tampon if you have to, take some pain killers a few hours before you go (so they are more than kicked in when you're there).

Just relax, and try to go for a massage or have a friend rub your back if you can't afford a professional massage.

That would work. Oh you know what else would work out? Buying a heat wrap (they are about $8 each). You can buy them at the drugstore.

they have heat in them and are actually for back pain but I find them good for menstal cramps too.

Wear a pair of black pants or skirt & go from there.

hi! use a maxi pad and don't worry much about it. wear comfortable dark skirt or pants. perhaps you can practice answering interview questions at home (while of course you have you period). the usual questions are: why should we hire you? what are your strengths and weaknesses? etc... research about the background of the company you are applying to so that your interviewer would know that you are really interested in working for their company. don't be afraid to ask questions. at the end of the interview, thank the interviewer and mention that you are looking forward to hearing from them soon. hope this helps.

Are you interviwing for a job as a stripper or porn star? If so, then that could be a problem...although some directors and club owners won't mind.

If I were interviewing girls for a job as a stripper in my club, and one of them said she couldn't make the interview because she was on the rag...I'd understand. Who wants a messsy stage and blood just tarnishes up the brass pole. But some club owners are kind of kinky and they like that sort of thing.

Well that time is going to go on until one of two things happen you are going to bring a new life into the world or you go through menopause, so you need to accept it. It will happen so will the interview with or without you, sorry I feel like a realist. Cover it and go on with your life.

Tell your interviewer first thing, "I have my period! I hope you don't mind that I'm bleeding heavily and have to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes!" If you still get the job, you'll probably never get fired for anything.

? How are the two related?

What, are you planning on not WORKING for five days every month?

Am I missing something here? Half the work force in the US has periods every month . . . you just DEAL WITH IT.

Why would your period effect this interview? Take some Midol, where a a good pad/tampon/whatever you use, and be on your way...
