Stomach acid is the main chemical responsible for digestion. The rest of digestion is performed by enzymes that are designed to break down either fats, protein, carbs, or nucleic acids (DNA or RNA). Glass is simply silicone that has been melted and allowed to cool. Silicone is an inorganic chemical that we are unable to digest.

no, glass takes literally millenia to break down, it is used to hold hydrochloric acid in bottles, your weak little stomach acids aren't going to put a dent in it. In the meantime, that glass can slice you up inside real bad. If you are lucky, it will simply get pushed thru your digestive tract and excreted with your fecal material.

no, the pieces come out the way normal food does if you know what your doing. the reason why people who eat glass for entertainment don't get hurt is easy. ever wonder why they always drink wine with it. the food coats the glass and it passes through.
DO NOT TRY THIS ANYTIME WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION!
