This year I was depressed terribly from last winter to January. February-march I was very happy. April-June I was between depressed and uneasy. Now, for the last 2 months, I have been uncontrollably angry and have been disrespectful to my parents, hurtful in what ive said to friends and family, and having several episodes of anger where I wouldnt know what I was doing. In this phase, I remember my parents werent home one time, and I got completely plastered to show my friend I am not just a good little christian boy, and that was wrong, but i was so mad i didnt even think about it.
This kind of thing has been around since I could remember; into my childhood.
Whats with this? Im tired of feeling like I want to kill myself over the fact that I am not who I want to be, and treating my parents tough, etc.

Make an appointment with a doctor. You sound bi-polar. That is no way to live. You likely need medication and then you will be feeling good. When you are very happy followed by very depressed and do risky things, those are the classic symptoms of bi-polar. Go see a doctor because your symptoms will only get worse.

I would see a doctor to see if your hormones are out of balance - hormone inbalances don't just happen to us girls! I also recommend not drinking alcohol etc as this can compound the problem and make it bigger. Walking helps with depression as it releases 'feel good' hormones, so if you feel yourself getting angry or depressed then try having a walk. Have a talk to your family about what's going on so they can support you and help - if they understand your outbursts it may keep your relationships intact.

You need to tell your parents and then go see a doctor. You sound like you have clinical depression or some kind of other emotional problem. Good luck.

close your eyes take a deep breath, then let it out... now you should write all your fealling on paper, just let it out, and so it wont hurt anything, body, or feelings, after your done writing that make a list of what you can do to stop acting angry, a list of what makes you angry, also if you keep at peace with yourself you less likely to get angry at anyone else so just let it out, on paper though and after your done doing that tear up the peice of paper and through it away...while your throwing away angryness, and putting in its place self control and peacefullness.
