Okay so I worked at Little Caesars a while back. I've been calling since july to ask about my paycheck. I quit in June. We called and they said the manager has left on disability. My mom says she has a feeling that they did not turn in my time card. Is there any other way I could prove that I worked the two days that I did? Or is it possible for them to just get off the hook of paying me? Thank you

Wow...well it's your word against theirs. If you don't have documentation they don't have to pay you. I'm afraid this will be really hard to prove.

However, if you punched a clock, then they should have those cards in an achive. You need to call Little Caesars District Manager and explain the situation to him, if in fact you did punch your time card.

Good Luck.
