This place is definitly not for the faint of heart, or people who get easily offended. I agree with you.

I don't agree by reason that there are some very sensitive people participating and so they ought to.

I think there is a difference between asking a civil question and being given by way of response, a tirade of unexpected anxt. If people are going to particpate in R&S then a religious or spiritual answer ought reasonably be expected.

Difficulty occurs when people object the bias that a question brings... but that ought to be when we apply the most civility to our responses. We ought to voice dissagreement but do so with respect. Unfortunately, on many occasions quite to opposite occurs because these R&S topics can raise passionate responses. Sometimes I go back and change mine.. and sometimes it is too late... and sometimes people are way too sensitive for me to appreciate their objection.

But none of that should prevent a person from asking.

My feelings NEVER get hurt on here, but I can understand how some do, but , and let me get this straight.... People from ALL walks of life, are invited to come into this section, ask questions, some are looking for answers to REAL problems, and some are not, but it makes it OK for who-ever to just put any ole STUPID, RUDE, IGNORANT, and sometimes UNRELATED answer down ?? and that is alright with you ??????? and some of the others on here ??? Ok, so be it....... and I really like the answers so for given, that ASSUME it is the Christians you are referring to...... now that is very HUMAN of them........... and I do agree, that some people need to discern the answers on here..... skip over the ugly and all that........ But ya know, I think you are young, and so are a lot of the others on here, time has a way of making you answer for your own inhuman actions........ and I do hope, that when all those on here, with the bad attitudes, have a problem or just need a little advice, you remember your own insensitive egotistical and remarkably *tough* answers........ God bless....... and by the way, I am as tough as nails, and my skin is like a Komodo dragons'..... *wink*

If your being weak means that I can't say what I feel to be true, then yes. Why be here if you only want to hear what you already believe? This is a question and answer forum and when you post a question, you have to be prepared to get answers that you agree with and don't agree with. I feel that those who are so easily hurt are probably kids.

Just eat the meat and spit out the bones, honey. You will learn that there are some fine people of all belief systems here. I hope you stay long enough to sort out the naysayers. You will find support from some of the most unexpected folks! Just saddle up and hang on for the ride. There are some pitates on the prowl for pretty young women, but for the most part, they say please first, and are very well bred.

We are in R&S the very place true feelings should be expressed, so I have to disagree with you.
Being able to talk about hurt feelings is no more a sign of weakness than crying.
I can handle myself just fine, thank you :o)

You definetly don't know me!

I'd happily kick your *** over in Polls and Surveys.

I'm a Christian, and I get bashed on here all the time. If I whined about everytime someone hurt my feelings, I would be saying it all the time. I agree, if you don't want answers, you shouldn't ask questions.
But, it is not my intention to hurt anybody's little feelings when I answer questions. I just don't understand how people can dish it out, but they can't take it.

I have to say that this forum is one of the toughest. People jump on you for anything . Some people can be overly harsh. But for the most part this is why I've pretty much stayed away from asking questions on here.

We Really Should be Nice!

This is just like a PlayGround.
Remember?

But, they do say that If you can't Stand the Heat, get out of the Kitchen!

And, When I AM Weak Then I AM Strong.

No I don't agree. It is our Christian duty to seek forgiveness, even if we are not aware of the offense. I wholeheartedly apologize to anyone I have offended. It is with sincere humble repentance I seek forgiveness from all those that have been hurt and saddened by what I have said and done.

I don't agree. Some people come here to actually get answers to their questions, not to be made fun of. Others come here to make fun of people. But the point of Yahoo Answers is...to get your questions ANSWERED!
