I used to run an after school program, here was my schedule
Bathroom and Snack
Homework
If no homework, do a quiet activity - reading, crafts, science table
Physical activity - either gym game or playground
Inside for group discussion - story, topic of the week
Activity stations - legos, crafts, board games, etc.
Once a week - movie, cooking project, field trip(bowling, ice skating)
I was at a Jewish community center so on Friday we did a shabbat celebration - but you could do a special end of the week thing on Fridays.
Good luck (you are going to need it)

Board games are always fun.
Outside cames such as Red Rover, Limbo and Duck Duck Goose.
Inside games like 7-up, Mother May I, Simon says, Bingo, etc.
Craft projects, coloring, painting, play dough.
Kids in that age group are great at entertaining each other and are easy to please, good luck!
